Sublime IP's Goods and Services Tax (GST) registration and sales tax policies
Australian GST Status
Sublime IP Pty Ltd is registered for the Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) in Australia since its introduction on 1 July 2000. Our ABN is 29 068 467 667.
The ABNs of other Sublime IP group companies may be found on our corporate directory page or listed on any relevant business documents (such as invoices).
Sublime IP issues Tax Invoices and Adjustment Notes that meet the requirements of the Australian GST legislation.
Pricing and the GST
As a matter of principle, all our stated pricing includes Australian Goods & Services Tax where applicable, unless we explicitly quote ex GST pricing.
Impact on Services Provided
Sublime IP Pty Ltd is liable to collect GST for all services delivered on or after 1 July 2000 where the service is delivered to an Australian resident for tax purposes, and/or where a substantial portion of the service is deemed to be delievered in Australia.
Impact for businesses
Sublime IP clients that hold an ABN and who are regsitered for GST will normally be able to claim a full input tax credit from the Australian Taxation Office for the GST charged.
