Are there any disadvantages to colocation?
Updated June 20, 2011In some instances colocation is not the best solution for your business. The reasons for this are numerous but some examples are; hardware costs, lack of sufficient IT skills, costs not feasible and so on.
Alternatives include virtual hosting, content delivery services (CDN), virtual private servers (VPS) and dedicated or managed servers.
